Renault Scenic E-Tech Electric: Finalist for the 2024 Car of the Year Title
The brand-new Renault Scenic E-Tech Electric proudly secured a spot on the shortlist of 7 cars contending for the prestigious title of Car of the Year 2024. This continues Renault's successful streak from previous years, with the Austral making the shortlist in 2022 and the Mégane E-Tech Electric even reaching the finals in 2021.
A diverse international jury comprising 59 expert journalists from 22 different countries meticulously tested and evaluated 28 distinct car models. Following thorough assessment, a selection of 7 finalists was made. The ultimate winner of this prestigious title will be announced on February 26, 2024, during the Geneva Motor Show.
With a 27-year history, the Scenic holds a prominent position in the automotive world. The first generation of this iconic series debuted in 1996 and promptly claimed the coveted Car of the Year award the following year.
The latest addition to the fifth-generation Scenic is fully electric. The vehicle offers an impressive range of up to 625 kilometers according to the WLTP method. Measuring 4.47 meters in length, the Scenic combines sufficient compactness for urban driving with ample interior space for comfortable travel. This not only makes it suitable for urban environments but also for long-distance journeys.
